We have already demonstrated How to Configure Outlook Anywhere in Exchange Server 2007, running on Windows Server 2008. We got requests about publishing a Step-by-Step Screencast about configuring Outlook Anywhere when Exchange 2007 is running on a Windows Server 2003. Considering that the majority of Exchange Server 2007 installations at the moment are running on Windows Server 2003 platform, that is quite a reasonable request.

In the following demonstration, we are using a single Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2003 R2 scenario. In addition, we have a multiple domain (UCC) SSL certificate installed.

Step 1 In the first step, we install the RPC over HTTP component on our Exchange server. Then, we enable Outlook Anywhere, check the result in event log, and confirm that the RPC folder has the correct settings applied.
