Archive E-mails in Microsoft Outlook

After archiving your E-mails you are still going to be able to access them in an Archive folder which will appear next to the Mailbox folder in your Outlook. The data will reside physically in the location which you chose for your PST folder. In the next step you will see the opposite process – importing the data from a PST file into your mailbox.
